The Revolt Inside The Secret Services in The Case of Gregorian Bivolaru – Misa

It seems the injustice perpetrated in the Gregorian Bivolaru – MISA case disgusts even those amongst the accusers. In the end, righteousness and honour are still to be found even where hope is almost completely lost. This makes us think that transformation is still possible even where compromise seems to have completely taken over. The octopus of corruption that tightly enwraps all the spheres of Romanian justice is not almighty though and there are more and more people who are starting to denounce it. After the magistrates started to denounce the evil doings of corrupt politicians and established the independent organization for the protection of justice, SOJUST, it is now the turn of those who work in the secret services to shake off the burden of obscurity and speak out… for the moment their voices are not so loud, but it is nevertheless a great start.

Below you have the letter of a Romanian secret service agent who reveals the twists and turns of corruption and the influence of politics in the act of justice in the case Gregorian Bivolaru – MISA.

A Secret Service Employee Reveals The Pressure That Is Being Made in Order to Abusively Obtain Gregorian Bivolaru’s Conviction

Esteemed editorial office,

I am writing to you now because I am disgusted by what is happening right under our noses in all of the Romanian society. Unfortunately, people like you have the most at stake for daring to express your opinions and fight a monster that extends its tentacles in all the institutions of power. So I am writing you also in the spirit of human solidarity to assure you (and in this way to assure Mr Bivolaru personally) of the sympathy and support from me and those in the secret services who have started to have the boldness to speak, at least among us, openly. I also want you to know that I did not take part in the wretched acts the authorities committed against innocent people and I have not remained silent so as to become their accomplice.

We face today a true attentively planned execution made by people who should have protected your interests. I am referring here to the case in which Gregorian Bivolaru is accused, and in which he was declared not guilty by the courts that were allowed to do their job. Well, you should know that everything is a dirty game and I really think (from the information I have) that you have been allowed to win only to receive in the final stage an unexpected and decisive blow so that nothing could subsequently be done. My colleagues who are closely dealing with this case, (and who are increasingly fed up with the lies they have to swallow in (mis)information or “formatting” meetings as we sometimes call them in jest), have reported to me that in lower courts the things were deliberately allowed to happen in a natural way in order to silence those who constantly cried out that justice is corrupted and that abuses were perpetrated in Bivolaru’s case. This is why the inferior courts judged in a natural way as the things should happen in a truly free society.

However, those in charge with “solving” the case have watched from the shadows and have also ensured that the mass media has kept its mouth shut, completely ignoring any decision of the court. They have done so, such that in the end, after they will have manufactured a final decision that will overthrow all that was done until now, they will pit the media’s dogs against Mr Bivolaru and depict him as a notorious convict, while waving the flag of justice to the people. But this flag is stained with the dirt of corruption and manipulation and as has been the case for a while now, it is no longer the flag of justice, instead becoming the banner of the occult power that has almost completely seized the state, doing shamelessly what it wants.

And in order to arrange so that everything fits to meet the present expectations of the public (namely to be put forward some scapegoats for what is happening throughout the country), in the same case they demanded the conviction of customs officer Ferenc Zsolt Farkas, who allegedly helped Mr Bivolaru to cross the national border. Through this manoeuvre you should know that a diversion is being attempted! As you can see, it is a trend to convict a man in uniform, wherever they may be. As a consequence, the media will report that the case was not against Mr Bivolaru but it was a case in which justice was done regardless of who may have been involved.

If you wonder why such measures have been taken given the fact that until now nobody cared to mask the actions taken in the case of Mr Bivolaru, you have to understand two aspects that only few know (or few still know).

The first refers to the way in which those who lived in the times before the Revolution think. Back then, the first thing they worried about was finding a common law criminal framing for everything that was actually a political case, because officially you could not have a political case. Even now this mentality still dominates certain spheres of the Romanian Intelligence, hence this reaction (almost unintentional I might say) of those who conduct this case from the shadows.

The second element my well-intentioned colleagues recently reported to me (and who triggered this defence reaction) is that honest people from the highest European institutions, sensitized by repeated expositions of your colleagues about the cases of abuse and misinformation that Mr Bivolaru and MISA were subjected to in Romania, started to increasingly express their concern and even their criticism. As we know, our “brave” politicians have a puppy mentality: if somebody with a higher position than theirs is concerned, they start to fawn upon him and they try to hide their deeds with even greater lies. I have a lot of information that indicates the fact that voices were heard at the highest European levels that condemn all abuse and all hindrance in the case of Mr Bivolaru. And in order to show that Mr Bivolaru is in fact not the target of this file, here we have the customs officer being pulled out from under the blanket so as to ensure it is seen at the level of a trivial common law case.

Tomorrow’s decision [which refers to 8th March when the verdict of the court in this file from the High Court of Cassation and Justice, Bucharest, Romania was to have been given editor’s note ] has already been taken and only a miracle can change it. If things would continue in a natural way and the Court would declare Mr Bivolaru not guilty, it would make them look stupid and as a consequence things could get out of their control, because more and more people start to wake up, even amongst those who have previously been loyal to them. In 2004, the largest operation against organized crime began and now, after all these years, when there is still nobody convicted… it is very concerning for the whole system that is now in power. This is why this battle has an already-known outcome, with all the efforts being made so that the judicial system looks functional.

Maybe exactly like the people took to the streets for Mr Raed Arafat, (a Syrian-born Romanian physician, the founder of Mobile Emergency Service for Resuscitation and Extrication), who is not even Romanian but who did something for the people in Romania, there will be people who will take to the streets to join your protests that support Mr Bivolaru who is Romanian and did a lot for this country.

I congratulate you for the dignified attitude you have maintained even now when the Romanian society starts to skid so visibly towards a dictatorship of arbitrariness and nepotism. Holding demonstrations while being subjected to frame-ups and convictions, is an example that all Romanians should follow, especially those who stay in their homes and watch on their televisions how a handful of demonstrators represent them. The example the yogis and you (yogaestoric.net) as journalists give should be followed by all those who still want to do something for this country.

I hope my lines will find their way to those who until now remained silent and allowed these things to happen all too often.

I wish you good luck and I assure you of my sympathy.

Respectfully,

RT

What? Is it so bad in Romania? Oh, my god! Mafia in Romania is not on the street, is where you think you will be safe. SHAME ON YOU, romanian justice.

  2. Ashley says:

    Wow,
this really confirms what B. Fulford said about the transformations that appear in the world.
My God, this is really happening. Well done, guys stop being the instruments for fear and destruction and begin to work FOR the people, just like it was intended a very long time ago.
Intelligence agencies from nowdays turned into Mafia like institutions, but if their employees stop doing the wrong thing the elites will remain without “legs and arms”. I think freedom it’s starting to blossom… even if it’s just the beginning, it’s a pretty good one..
    Continue like that…

Good to know.. but too sad that this is really happening in our society..
As this person from the secret services, there will hopefully very soon come upfront others.
It is a time of transformation for everyone, everyone has a big chance now so why not just take it and expose even more of such criminal gestures. There must be a solution that is enclosed right in the problem itself. I even expect this to be done with the help of such secret service officers as the one that spoke now.

This is not very new. This guy opened his mouth before and it was a great revelation. It’s a good thing he did. This shows that more and more people are starting to think for the community and they are willing to sacrifice something for it also.
500 years ago this wouldn’t have been a issue in Romania. Most of the people would have defended their community with every price (which they did), but in the dark times we’re passing now, with such a huge percentage of materialism, of people who betray their own kind for a penny, this is a ray of light. It shows that we’re not dead completely…

I’m very surprised to read this kind of information on a public blog. I think things are going somehow towards the right direction since agents start talking…
I wish it were the same where I’m from also… but who knows…

I remember well how happy the first two letters (of the secret service agent) made me some years ago when reading them and for those who want some really juicy Sherlock readings in their spare moments I can warmly recommend them here on the blog or on natha.net :-)
This third letter is a final clarification for me in some respects: it is obvious now that the secret services-mass media-politics blocks in Romania are not to be thought of as thoroughly black any more! The miracle of the Gandhi type of perseverance in the right way of acting have not only obtained that two times Mr. Bivolaru was found innocent and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FROM THE INITIAL ACCUSATIONS COULD BE PROVEN IN COURT, but much more than that it made so that the yogis’ way starts becoming exemplary for the Romanian society and this is already a double victory showing that honesty and respecting the divine principles in the end WILL TRIUMPH … FOR SURE! Hopefully – with God’s help – tomorrow 21st March will be that providential moment.

  7. Adelle says:

At last, someone speaks the truth about these things. We all new it but now we also have the confirmation of it. From one point of view, you could say we’re not alone in this world anymore… Things are starting to come to us. We, the whole society need a brake-up from all these unhealthy, inhuman treatment. We want to see the light of truth and freedom again. It will be a long process, but it starts with each and everyone of us. And I hope other colleagues of this secret service employee read this letter and joint the “good church”. At some point everyone has to chose anyway!

  8. Lana says:

It is shameful that people have to constantly be looking over the shoulder and defending themselves from things they didn’t do, an it is even more shameful that all this energy is wasted and put into attaching the ones who bring light into this world. Freedom right now it’s an illusion and it is being undermined everywhere. We should not be arrogant to the point to think that this only happens to our ”neighbors”. Hopefully consciousness will be raised and people will stand up for justice, independently of who or what is being attacked or where the attack is happening.
