Bhoga Case: Another Violation of the Property and People in Bhoga (Video update 30th July)

Posted: July 29, 2010 / in: Blog / 9 comments

Wednesday, 28th of July 2010, saw another round in the ongoing saga of Kim’s abusive behavior towards the residents of Bhoga.

At around 17.00 three cars and one motorcycle pulled up the drive way of the peaceful farm. From the vehicles embarked 5 men, lead by Kim Schmock. This is another in a long series of violations of the law that states that Kim is not allowed to visit the farm without announcing 6 weeks in advance. Kim has repeatedly violated this law, but in the absence of any response from the police, his lawlessness seems to be without an end.Two of the people in Bhoga (a man and a woman) approached the men and informed them (yet again) that they are not allowed to be there, but the 5 men just continued none the less in their plan. From their cars they unloaded paint and brushes and began to quickly paint the segment of the wall next to the access road, on which was painted a beautiful art work bearing the name of Bhoga Ashram.

bhoga caseKim and his friends didn’t seem interested at all indoing a good job in painting the wall – for example, they painted over old peeling paint and were not at all interested in painting any other segment of the wall. All they seemed to be interested in was to destroy that art work, lovingly painted by the yogis of Bhoga years ago. It was one more act of vandalism and spite against the spiritual community. The female resident of Bhoga tried to block the intruders from destroying the art work, putting her self between them and the wall, but they pushed her with their brushes mounted on long staffs. She tried to take away their paint and then one of them – Peter, (we remember him from the episode with the chainsaw) – grabbed her aggressively by her wrists and threw her violently on the ground, and then followed the attack on her, chasing her around the parking lot. As this was taking place, one of the other friends of Kim approached the other yogi who was filming the event, he displayed very aggressive behavior towards him, and in a very sinister way trying to prevent him from filming Peter attacking her, he aggressively pushed the yogi, tried to snatch the camera away from him and began chasing after him.

Kim’s crew hurriedly concluded with the cover-up of the wall art-work and now set them selves on a new target for their vandalism: the security cameras that the residents of Bhoga have installed to document exactly this kind of attacks.

bhoga caseThe intruders ripped one camera from its place, cutting the cable, and through it from a height of 5 meters. Another camera which was set to high for the courage of the goons had its cable cut.In between the destruction of one camera and the other, the police arrived, having been called by one of the residents. Unfortunately, the presence of the police made no difference, even worse, it made the situation more grave.

The police did not take any action to stop the vandalism of Kim – and the second surveillance camera was cut off in their presence. The police seemed to be more upset at the residents than at the intruders. They concluded that ‘’the residents were not allowed to stop the intruders… if they want they can complain to the court’’, that will take years. The police themselves, did nothing when the female yogi complained about being thrown to the ground violently, the police indicated that Peter threw her to the ground after she had thrown him – here let’s mention the fact that Peter is a guy twice the size of the woman from Bhoga. When it was pointed out to the police that the very presence of Kim in the farm is a violation of the law (stating that he is not allowed to visit unless he announces it 6 weeks in advance) – they said the residents should complain to the court about this– this takes years and is very expensive. This raises the question – what exactly is the police’s job?

bhoga caseThe police displayed favoritism to Kim during the event. When a car with 3 friends of the Bhoga residents arrived, worried about the situation in the farm, the police became immediately very angry at them, saying they had no right to be there. The police did not mind the presence of the crew of Kim!

Yet, the clearest manifestation of one-sidedness on behalf of the police took place towards the end of the whole incident. The policemen were separating the two sides, when an argument erupted between one of Kim’s goons and a yogi. The intruder grabbed the yogi forcefully by the arm and was pulling him into his car, and the yogi struggled to get away and eventually managed and walked away. The intruder started chasing him accusing that the yogi punched him and that he was attacked. Kim immediately jumped aggressively towards the yogi and the police raced back in to separate the sides. Their intervention, however, was neither just nor fair. The yogi who was aggressed was taken in handcuffs to the police station, while the goon was free to leave.

Later that evening, the respective yogi, after being released by the police, went to the Hospital to be treated. While waiting for the doctor, he was suddenly attacked by a stranger who grabbed him by the throat and tried to choke him. It took him several moments before he realized that his attacker was no other then the goon who had aggressed and accused him earlier that day. The attacker punched him several times before the police separated the two. When the yogi wished to file a complaint to the police against his attacker, the police replied that he himself had attacked the other earlier and this was just revenge!

bhoga casePerhaps I am not acquainted with the law in Denmark – but since when is an attack in revenge for an alleged attack hours earlier, permissible by the law? This sounds more like the wild-west. We would expect this behavior from Kim, but not from the Danish police.

In the background you can see Peter chasing and attacking the female yogi, he pushes her to the ground, whilst the bully with the helmet is trying to prevent the male yogi to pass

Until when will Kim be allowed to continue harassing and attacking the residents of Bhoga? Until when will the police keep on watching his actions and do nothing, turning themselves into silent accomplices? Who will be held responsible the day that Kim’s violence will bear more grave victims?

This is just so far out!!! I can not believe that this is taking place in my country. It’s like a bad action movie! This is the land of the clear blue sky, the warm soft summer breeze, silence with only the sounds of bumblebees and larks in the sky. That’s the sound of Bhoga.
All the yoga-camps I participated to there have lifted my soul. We could feel it already when we were approaching Bhoga, walking from Vejby station, entering the magical field which was surrounding this place.
And now this place is being vandalized by people whom by law have been denied access without notifying! Their behavior is the behavior of mentaly disturbed people!
And the most horrifying is that the police is not supporting us!
We live there, and the police let Kim and his unbalanced friends remove the symbol of what has been taking place there for so many years!! And even beating my best friends when the tried to stop this crazy action! The word. Bhoga. Joy. This word has been removed, violently. What can we do?? What are we going to do??
How can we show our surroundings that this is not ok! How can we restore the divine harmony which we have all experienced in this beautiful place??
We are all daily facing challenges, small, big, and even bigger, manifesting inside us, reflected outside of us. We can not let these challenges passivate us in the name of acceptance. When shakti is roaring so loud that we have to stay still not to get blown away, we have to move on after.
To accept that the outside challenges are indeed reflecting our inner unbalances is not the reason to accept the rapid growing of the violent manifestations around us.
It has to stop. Now. On all the levels, inside as well as outside.
The police, Kim and his people have to understand that we do not accept to be beaten and threatened with shovels, that we do not accept Bhoga to be smashed with hammers and chainsaws and having painted over the very name which is enforcing the energy of this place. The joy.
    We have to act, together

  2. WHAT IS GOING ON? says:

We are led to believe that Denmark is a civilized country!!! Apparently not if a woman can be violently attacked in broad daylight. This is far from civilized behavior it is BARBARIC!
Kim and his goons don’t look like they share an IQ over 50, In my opinion the police are the biggest perpetrators of any crime that took place here, as they are the ones who are supposed to uphold the law and to protect, and THEY DID NEITHER OF THESE THINGS!!! From what you say here it looks like the violence is escalating, must it come to someone being badly hurt and blood being spilled before they take any action? Then, when it is too late.

I have just read this article and seen the video clips, i am horrified to see that the situation in the spiritual community has deteriorated since your last update.
When i saw the clip of that guy Peter chasing that woman i felt sick, the image it portrays is of a brutal wife beater.
That they can harass and violently attack a woman and without being charged for it is sickening,
Peter is a bully and a CRIMINAL and he should be put in jail, also that small fat guy with the helmet is an accomplice to this crime and he should be charged.

  4. Bob says:

I wonder if Peter Jørgensens wife knows that she is married to a mutilator of women?

I wonder what she is saying to her customers in her shop?

And I really wonder what Peter Jørgensen will do when Kim Schmock loses the court case. Imagine to have beaten an innocent woman for a lie!!!

  5. Henrik says:

Probably Kim has his eye on the economical reward he will get by stealing the farm. And I guess he promised Peter J. a small peace of the money.

I dont understand why they dont just wait a few months until the court trial is over and settled? If the they are so convinced that they have the right on their side, why don’t they just wait a few months? Why jeopardize the whole thing by going there and do all kinds of strange actions? Beating women, vandalism etc. etc.?

I am thinking that maybe Peter J. got harassed in school when he were a kid and now he is going to play “tough” guy and harass some peaceful yogis (including women!) to gain some self-confidence – how low can you go?

  6. What Kim doesn't know says:

How could Kim ever imagine that a childish act of vendetta would weaken a spiritual community? Well it cant, actually it makes it much stronger, (yes in that moment to have a psychopath and his gorillas bringing such a nasty low energy of hatred and violence is unsettling), what Kim probably would be very disturbed to know is that whenever he passes by with his morons, he brings great spiritual opportunities :-), each individual will be tested in their weakest areas and thus have the opportunity to fail or to grow and develop, however even with failure and making mistakes comes a lesson and God gives the chance to take the test again and again (in so many different ways!) until it is past. So you could say that someone like Kim is a tool, as he accelerates the tests, and inadvertently participates to the evolution of the individual and the community. This community is bonded together deeply at the soul level, where the trials and tests make the friendship, unity and fraternity even deeper. So this symbolic act of destroying the wall painting was more like him shooting himself in the foot – as not only did he reveal to the world how malicious he is, he brought the community even closer together…
Whatever will he come up with next?

  7. Charlotte says:

Kim must be seriously desperate now to be going to such measures. He must know he’s on the losing team, otherwise why would he continue to try to take matters into his own miserable hands, coming to Bhoga and constantly harassing the peacefull people there and doing weeird things? His and his bully companions behavior is just absurd and downright juvenile. It’s almost comic, except for the fact that they have been violent, cruel and neanderthal-ly brutal! Seeing these videos and pictures you get a clear idea of the calibre of human beings we’re dealing with. Interesting thing is that in all its years Bhoga has not seen violence or anything like it, but now Kim is quickly making up for lost time! He complains that since he left natha his life has been hell, well who is the one bringing the hell with him to Bhoga? Where does this hell that he complains about come from? Any clues, Kim??
This behavior in Bhoga should NOT BE TOLERATED! Kim and his loser friends should not be permitted to step foot on the premises of Bhoga! He has NO RIGHT to be there! Where is the Danish spirit in all of this? Who will stand up for the truth in this case? ! Chainsaws, crow bars, beatings – ! What does it take to take a stand against the dark forces? How far will they be allowed to go?!
Another thing, does kim have a restraining order against him? That woman who was beaten should get one.
And looking at Kim’s picture now he is sadly looking more and more like the Schmollum charicature. The ego is indeed an ugly creature.

  8. noname says:

So fight back that is ridiculious. I would beat the living shit out of them if they tried that shit on me or in my prescence.
fight fire with fire. And then file another police report with video dokumentation, and then write the local papers with documentation.

  9. BhogaUpdates says:

I hear the Bhoga Case goes to court soon, it would be good if you could update us with what’s going on.. so we can all be witnesses to the truth as it unfolds!
